Technology company Apple has released a new commercial that was shot in the streets of Kyiv.
Released on June 27, the video, titled “Bounce,” advertises a new and improved version of Apples’s AirPods, Bluetooth headphones that can now be charged wirelessly and are integrated with Apple’s Siri virtual assistant program.
The AirPods can be used with iPhone, Apple Watch and iPad.
In the ad, an actor puts on the headphones before leaving his home. He then travels across the city on foot, bouncing on sidewalks, cars, bus stops and walls, all of which function like trampolines. The video is shot in black and white, giving it an especially sleek appearance.
According to Adweek, the 2-minute advertisement was created by the American agency TBWA\Media Arts Lab and the Ukrainian production service company Radioactive Film, which has previously worked on commercials for Lexus, Nike and Lenovo. The commercial’s director is Oscar Hudson, who previously worked with popular music groups such as Radiohead and Bonobo.
